Da Vinci's shatters 13-year sales records during weekend celebration

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 10, 2012 /PRNewswire/ --Dry Fried Wings (OTC: EEDG) made an imposing South Florida debut this past weekend, bringing massive crowds, wall-to-wall media coverage, and record shattering sales to Da Vinci's Pizzeria in Ft. Lauderdale.

With an assist from NBA legend Shaquille O'Neal and other local sports and entertainment stars, the neighborhood pizzeria on Galt Ocean Mile saw wings and beer sales skyrocket, with revenue from both up 770% over this weekend last year, and 350% over Da Vinci's previous all-time best. Overall weekend revenues shattered their previous 13 year record by more than 55%.

"We were confident that dry fried wings were going to be big, but we were amazed by the response," said Da Vinci co-owner Dominick Scarfo. "We sold more wings in three days than we did in the past six weeks combined. Most importantly, practically everyone that tried them absolutely loved them and we're already seeing many of the same faces returning to our store every day. These wings are truly flying out the door."

Customers packed Scarfo's store and filled his parking lot for hours, enjoying the wings with their favorite beverage and mingling with the likes of Mercury Morris, Jim Kiick, Mark Duper, OJ McDuffie, and Michael Lohan throughout the weekend.
