Leading mobile and digital communications business Mobile InteractiveGroup (MIG) today announces the acquisition of mobile technology, marketingand services company Golden Bytes International B.V (GB) together with GB'soperations in Netherlands and Belgium, fast tracking the reach of MIGservices into Europe.

The acquisition will see GB adopt the MIG brand and enable MIG to offerits vast range of services and technology, including the development ofmobile internet sites and apps, user experience design, loyalty and digitalbuilds, mobile marketing and advertising, and mCommerce to existing GBclients, as well as new clients in the near future. An investment instrengthening local sales and marketing, technical and operational supporthas been incorporated into the deal, to enable the smooth integration ofMIG's global technology platforms and services and to allow the business tofurther expand into other European markets.

GB has traditionally operated a number of significant mobile technologyplatforms for customers in the Netherlands and Belgium, in the areas of SMS,MMS and IVR.

Golden Bytes International B.V was acquired organically through existingfunds for an undisclosed sum.

More recently MIG posted strong financial results for2010 detailing 46% gross profit margin increase, 30% staff growth and arevenue increase of 15%.
